Sunshine Fizz Bath

Now that the days are slowly getting shorter, it's natural for many of us to experience seasonal sadness.
If you start to feel blue, treat yourself to a relaxing "Sunshine fizz bath". The recipe is listed below. It's sure to brighten your mood.
Ingredients;
1 tbs sea salt
1 tbs vitamin C powder
1 tbs baking soda
15 drops Aura Cacia bergamot essential oil
12 drops Aura Cacia eucalyptus essential oil

    The gloomy weather we have been having all week has been making me a bit blue!

    Hello Margie,
    It must be in the air right now, because I feel blue myself.
    We also have another cloudy day here today, so I thought since I'm feeling blue, I'll keep the housework light, do a bit of yoga instead of a vigorous workout and work on my painting.

    Hello Olivia,
    I'm sure you can use aromatherapy just for scent to brighten your mood in a basin.
    I hope you get your package soon too. I ended up finally sending it out yesterday, because the post office closed early on Saturday and was closed for the holiday on Monday.
    It may get to you by Monday!

    Its like you read my mind! You appear to know a lot about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you could do with some pics to drive the message home a bit, but other than that, this is magnificent blog. An excellent read. I will definitely be back.
