Words have the power to destroy or heal.
When words are both true and kind they can change the world.

  2. Hello Eva,
I love this quote that comes from my "Buddha's little instruction book".
The words we project out into our universe really have the power to destroy or heal, and yes Eva your so right, let's use healing words, not words that hurt and harm others.
Hopefully I can place a photo to this post soon. I'm having trouble posting pics to my blog this morning.
    Have a nice day,
    Lydia

  5. Our prophet once said, (i am summarizing it) .. that the tongue is the most powerful part of the body. It can break your head or mend hearts.

So yes, words are very strong, sadly not everyone uses the wisely or (more importantly) kindly!
