  6. Hello Oswegan, I believe this is one of the truest sayings in the book too. The longer someone holds onto something, whether it be, anger, revenge, ect, It not only hurts and causes trouble for them, it also effects the people who are around the person.

  7. I have first hand experience with the beauty of letting go recently, and a real understanding of how difficult that can sometimes be. But in the end, by letting go, you do find your way to peace and serenity.
