By keeping your face in the sunshine
You will not see any shadows.
By Hellen Keller

(The sunshine is very nice, but play it smart when outdoors, where a hat, sunscreen and stay in the shade as much as possible to protect your skin from uv damage)

  2. hello Olivia,
I have been trying to post a reply to you but my post was not showing( very frustrating!), so I changed computers to reply to you.
I always wear sunscreen, a wide brimmed straw hat and run for the shade anytime I can.
I do love the warmth of the sunshine, but it is best to protect our skin from damage.
Wishing you a very nice evening!!!!!!!

  3. It is a good idea to be shaded,

Lydia. We must protect our skin

    from too intensive sun radiation.

    Have a wonderful day,

    Olivia

  5. Thank you Olivia,
It is a photo I took last year of one of the sunflowers from my garden.
It is called a fuzzy face sunflower.
I am happy you like the photo.
    Enjoy your day!
