For centuries the beauty of the rose has inspired poets and mystics. Many believed the rose was a symbol of perfection.
The rose opens the feminine channels of receptivity and graciousness.
In herbal treatments rose oil is used to calm the mind and body.
Rosehips have a large amount of vitamin C and can be taken instead of the C supplement.
Esoteric meaning;
Sense of perfection.
The rose represents a pure spirit and in liturgy symbolizes the Blessed Virgin Mother Mary, often called "the Perfect Rose".
The rose symbolizes our souls. Each of us is a perfect rose that awaits our inner connection to it.
The rose represents the freedom, beauty and perfection that lives within each and everyone of us.
Affirmation; I affirm that I am perfect just the way I am.

Hello Olivia,
ReplyDeleteThank you!
These are roses from my rose garden. I took these photos over the summer.
Roses are my absolute favorite and sunflowers are second my favorite.
I look forward to planting more roses this year.
Have you ever had rosehip tea? Many of my shrub roses get hips in the fall and I make tea from them.
The hips are pretty, they range from bright orange to bright red in color.
Wishing you a nice evening,
Lydia

Dear Lydia,
ReplyDeleteI have tried hosehip tea and I like it, also the color is very nice: red tea.
Your rose garden in summer is magnificent.
I have only a small flower border in front of my house here in France, but I managed to set two rose bushes, one red, one yellow. I love roses very much.
Blessings
Olivia

Hello Dave,
ReplyDeleteWhat you wrote is so beautiful and so true.
We are all different with our own unique beauty both inward and outward. We should all embrace that gift from god.
Instead of looking to be like others, we need to realize that each and everyone of us are perfect and beautiful in our own way.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful discription of the rose.
Have a great evening,
Lydia

So simple to see yet so complicated on a level so far advanced to us yet we ourselves are so complicated. Like I always say some see the simple and some get lost in the complicated.
