Do not fear what may happen tomorrow.
The same loving father who cares for you today
will care for you tomorrow and everyday.
Either He will shield you from suffering
or he will give you unfailing strength to tolerate it.
Be at peace then, and put aside all anxious thoughts and imaginings.
-St. Francis De Sales

  3. * Sometimes this thought is quite difficult to bear at heart considering the tragedies going on around us.

    * But of course, there is nothing far more true than what the message of this prayer implies. A message that whole wide world needs to embrace now more than ever.

  4. Hello Lady Prism,
Your very right. It is hard to see things this way.
Last week I was cleaning around my room. I picked up my bible, which I had not touched in a very long time.
A postcard(with this saying on it) that was sent to me 4 years ago came flying out of the bible, along with a photo of me and my late mother.
I strongly felt this was a message for me.
I thought sharing this on my blog would bring hope for anyone experiencing hardtimes and feeling alone.
    Wishing you a nice weekend!

  5. Lydia,
I was missing your posts that are not cooking related :)
I know that your blog is about being vegan. But I prefer when you share messages such as this, full of hope and inspiration!
    Thanks!
    Have a great week!
