Watercolor Pansy

This is a watercolor I did in 1997. I finger painted the background for a different look. This was the first painting of my pansy and violet series.

  2. Wonderful colors, Lydia, the yellow pansy contrasted with the bright blue background and the pink table cloth. Your pansies are marvellous.

  4. Lovely flower. I want to see pansies in my garden. Before this cold weather arrived, the spring was early. We already have flowers in our garden, but now they are partly covered by snow.

The airport car attendant was even harder to find then the car. I don't think there are any so helpful attendants at our airport.

Tomorrow on Good Friday the meteorologists have warned for snow and rain storms.

  5. Hello Eric, Thank you! I also noticed my daffodils starting to pop up, but now it's going to get down into the twenties with snow tonight. That will freezer burn the new growth coming up. That's depressing when the flowers start to appear and snow covers them.
I can't believe you couldn't get help with your car. When we went to Miami there was no one there to tell us where to park our car for the time we were gone. We ended up parking in the wrong area and had to pay double what we would have payed if someone was there to tell us where to long term park. Your forcast sounds a lot like ours. Uggggggg! I'm soooooooo sick of this weather already!
