Not only heart-healthy but as I look at this list, I think "delicious". All too often, we associate healthy foods with boredom. Not here! This is very cool, Lydia. The cranberries ad such a zest to all things!
ReplyDeleteHi Michael, Your so right. If people can make healthy tasty recipes its very easy to enjoy healthy foods. Eventually not even craving processed foods anymore. I know a very healthy diet cant. Guarantee us all good health, but it increases our chances to remain healthy. When adding regular exercise, even as little as 30 minutes a day, our chances for remaining healthy are better yet.
