Just 15 minutes of sunshine a day will give you the recommended daily dose of vitamin D needed, as long as your not wearing sunscreen and your face and arms are exposed to the sun.

  5. Hello Jamerson,
Since I'm vegan, I expose my arms to the sun for 15 to 20 minutes when I can. Then I slather on the spf 50 or more.
    Wishing you a wonderful day!
    Lydia
