Cape Cod (Provence Town)

(The beautiful view from our balcony)

I'm back from my vacation. The weather was perfect the whole time.
There was a down pour for a few minutes one evening, which I thought was pretty cool to see. Here's some pics from our vacation.

(Commercial Street)

(Our room balcony)

Last but not least, this very pretty "I love you"  I noticed in the sand one morning as I looked over my balcony (not for me and not from my hubby). I am sure someone totally lovestruck took a lot of time to tell their partner they loved them by carving this in the sand, then filling the letters and heart with seaweed!
How romantic!

The Lobster Pot restuarant is seen in one of the photos.
It was an exellent restaurant. I have been there many times on my previous vacations to P town. the food and the bloody mary's are always good.
This time my daughter ordered the sashimi wrap and It was delicious!

  8. Hello Olivia, Everytime we go to the cape we drive. It takes about 10 hrs from our house.
We usually stop at my brother's in Albany over night on the way up and drive right through on the way back, but this time we stopped overnight to stay in Sprinfield Mass.. I'm glad we did because we ate at a delicious Italian restaurant!!!!!! They use all local produce at their restaurant and make unique dishes!

    Have a great evening!

  9. Hello Lydia,

I think it is better to drive in

your own car because you can do

whatever you like. In a plane you

might be surrounded by people you

do not really care to meet ...

Also going by car you can stop

at your brother's home. I am sure

he was delighted to see you again.

    Blessings

    Olivia

  10. Hello Olivia,
I totally agree with you! It's nice to take road trips. They're more private.
My brother was very happy to see us! He has a beautiful home and very private land. It was and always is very peaceful when I visit his house!
    Have a wonderful evening!
