Easy Summer Snack

Trail Mix;
Unsalted peanuts
Granola
Raisins
Carob
Dried apricots
Dried apple slices
Mix everything together and store in an airtight container.

    I'm trying to make my kids eat healthier and they love to snack. I'm not much of a snacker. As a matter of fact, i have soy protein shakes for lunch, and half the time I forget to have one and wonder why Im so hungry at dinner.
