A day spent judging another is a painful day. A day spent judging yourself is a painful day. You don't have to believe your judgments;
They're simply an old habit.

    Good evening, dear Lydia,
    if I have to judge at all, I will rather judge myself than judge others. In fact, I find that judging one's one work can be quite productive to recognize what can be improved.
    The photo of this shimmering butterfly is simply beautiful !

    You are so correct. Judgements do not define the person you are judging they define you as someone who has to judge.
