Stay Happy with Fruits and Veggies

Happiness and mental health appear to rise with the number of fruits and vegetables we eat daily.
It's recommended that we eat at least five daily servings of fruits and veggies for heart health and protection against cancer.
Recent studies also show the benefits of mental well-being, making it all the more worthwhile to fill our plates with fresh fruits and vegetables.

  2. This is good information, Lydia and I'm glad you shared it because we all forget. I've been very big on bananas and frozen blueberries. But that is probably not enough variety. Excellent post! :)

  3. Hi Michael,
Blueberries and bananas are very good for you. Even if your eating tomato sauce, salsa and dishes like that your still getting your daily serving of veggies.
The man around the corner from me is still selling cauliflower and broccoli in front his house. I've been enjoying them. I hope to pick up some cauliflower today.
    Have a nice day Michael:)
