If your a cat owner and have poinsettias in the house, make sure to keep them away from your cats, because they're poisonous to them.

    Hi Lydia: I hope others see this message, because it's so easy to assume this plant is safe and adds decor. Wow! My last pet was a cat I fostered years ago.

    I read about this a few years ago and now I'm cautious about my poinsettias and my cats.
