Peanut Honey Spread

Peanuts are a great source of protein, especially for vegetarians. Try this healthy delicious spread.  
Ingredients;
3/4 cup all natural peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp ground cinnamon
This spread tastes great on whole grain toast and crackers. It can also be enjoyed in sandwiches.
