THE AVOCADO

Avocados are full of nutrients such as folate and potassium.
They are also known to keep the belly trim when eaten often.
Even though they do have a high fat content, it's the heart healthy kind of fat, which also lowers cholesterol.
Avocados are delicious and you'll reap the rewards by adding them to your diet. They taste great in salads, as sandwich spreads, guacamole, on crackers and sliced on top of vegetarian chili!

  3. Bonjour Lydia,

    what are "Has" avocados?
I would like to eat them all year round too, but they are not sold here in summer. They are a typical winter vegetable in France.

    Have a sunny day,
    Olivia
