    Hello my friend,

    One of the things I look forward to this year is diligently reading your blog. I definitely need to learn about healthful eating. I feel my body is craving for real food and that my taste buds are gearing up for the natural taste of how food should be. Your blog is a godsend..

    Dear Lydia..just dropping by to wish you a wonderful, happy, peaceful Christmas.

    I understand the feeling of emptiness and loss that one experiences when they lose a beloved mother. It is especially pronounced at this time of year.

    You have a wonderful family who loves you, and I know you love them, and you are together. What a wonderful blessing that is!

    Olivia is right..your mother left you a wonderful legacy, and you are sharing it with others. In that way, she will always be present with you, and you will feel her love, always in your heart.

    The Mary Pickford figurine is charming!

    Lydia, I too was moved by your memories of your Mother. It sounds like you two had a special relationship. I think the ornament dropping could have been her way of letting you know she's still looking out for her little girl...
    I have heard many stories like that and have some of my own.

    Hello Linda, Thanks so much. Me and my mother were very close, As I got older and had a child of my own, we became best friends as well as mother and daughter. I chose this Mary Pickford christmas ornament photo because it looks so magical. I hope you and your family have a wonderful holiday and a very happy new year.
