Instead of tossing out your jack-o-lanterns, make a tasty treat for the animals instead.
Cut a circle where the face is on the pumpkin and place birdseed on the bottom. Set outside on the grass for animals to eat.

Great idea, Lydia.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing!
Enjoy your week!
I hope to be back to blogging before too long.
My back is sore now (don't know what happened) and I can't be sitting at my laptop too long.
Seeing my Dr. this week.
Bye for now.
Margie :)
Hi Margie
ReplyDeleteI hope your back heals soon.
Thanks for commenting.
Have a nice day!
Lydia: I took most of the day to leave one large pumpkin and three smaller ones at a waterfall and rock sculture at an intersection, and Solaris Park in memory of a little boy who was lost to cancer in 2008.

ReplyDeleteHello Michael,
ReplyDeleteThat's very sad to hear that this poor boy lost his battle to cancer. He must have been a very brave and strong to have had to go through that. What you did yesterday in memory of this boy was beautiful and very heart felt.
Have a wonderful day
Lydia
