This soup is great for getting some extra vitamin C.
It will also fill you up.
Ingredients;
1 bunch of fresh broccoli, steamed
1 box of vegetable broth ( 3 to 4 cups)
1 tsp curry
1/2 tsp sea salt
Black pepper to taste
The juice of one lemon
2 cloves of minced garlic
Mix all ingredients in a blender and puree.
Transfer to sauce pan.
Cook on medium heat until hot and serve!

I've never grown broccoli yet, but my neighbor does and he sells it in front of his house in the summer and fall.

what if cauliflower is used instead of broccoli? coz thats mostly available in this part of our country...
