This was something I was notaware of. I DO enjoy Orange Juice a bit more, Lydia, only because it is less tart. But I can see your point! :)

DeleteAll citrus has similar benefits, but grapefruit is the best for weight loss.
A different way to prepare grapefruit is broiled grapefruit halves with honey on top. It adds a nice sweetness to the grapefruit.
