    Good afternoon, dear Lydia,
    thank you for showing such a wonderful painting, and the advice is very good.

    We should not judge ourselves harshly, but try to see the best in ourselves, then others will see it, too.

    Over here in Europe the day is rather mild but grey, no snow ! I am thankful for that ...

    Hello Eva,
    Thank you! I too feel it's important to try not to judge ourselves. This is something I'm still working on. I find myself judging me often.
    It's very cold and cloudy here today too, wish some light snowflakes on and off. I did see a few peaks of sunshine earlier.
