Hello Eva, I love John William Waterhouse! He has such beautiful paintings. I have "The Shrine" hanging in my powder room. Self protection is very important for everyone. Have a nice weekend, Lydia
Hello Dave, Thank you, I'm happy you like this post. Have a wonderful weekend, Lydia
Hi Lydia, what a beautiful picture and saying. I just read you pepper post too. What a great idea. I've never tried that but I'm making a note to do some next summer. Come visit when you have time, Anna has a nice surprise for you.
Hi Lydia, That is such a lovely sentiment and picture. How clever you are to grow chillies. Im not very good at gardening although I used to have a little strawberry patch and herb garden years ago. I managed to grow broccoli quite well but sweetcorn was a disaster. Great ideas for the chillies and a great tip to remember to wash hands after touching them X
Hello Alison, Thank you. I'm happy you liked this post. I love all Waterhouse art. Wishing you a very nice day, Lydia

Hello Judy, Thank you. These crushed peppers will last you a very long time. I'm so happy I won something. I have to send my thanks to both you and your adorable kitty Anna for drawing my name! Have a great holiday week, Lydia
Hello Vintage Kitty, Thank you! I never grew broccoli before. I should try it some summer, because I really do enjoy eating it. I too tried growing sweet corn one summer and "what a mistake that was!" Never again! I'll just buy it from the local farm stand when it's in season. Wishing you a very pleasant day, Lydia
