I'm trying to cool off as it was 96 degrees here today.
It's going to be like this all week.
I do not remember it ever being this hot.

Hi Lydia I like it The new picture of you that you put up is very nice too! It's so hard in this world being peaceful calm and loving this world seems to bounce our emotions up down and all around hee when really its us that is doing the bouncing! Very nice post so true have a great day

your very right about the world.
I think it's a waist of time and energy hating and trying to hurt others or making them feel bad.
Practicing loving actions and not negative behavior would make this world a much better place. Also being in the habit of judging what others do spreads upset and negativity. I try to practice not judging what others as long as they are not harming others.
