Before you react to an emotion, consider it's source.

  1. Well, dear Lydia,
our emotions always come out of our own source, don't they? Nobody else can have our emotions but we ourselves.
The photo of thorns is interesting.
    Wishing you a pleasant Friday,
    Eva

  2. Hello Eva,
Yes your right Eva, they do come from us, but if someone or some situations maybe trying to bring out nagative, or destructive emotions in us just to make us feel bad, then it's important to consider who and where this negative intention is coming from. Once we do consider the source, is it worth our time to bring out a negitive emotion for the other person's satifaction? So this quote can be looked at in two ways.
Wishing you a very pleasant and sunfilled day,
    Lydia

  3. Hello again Eva,
I'm happy you find this photo interesting. This is a photo of a washington hawthorne tree. They have very sharp and long thorns on them.
    Have a pleasant day,
    Lydia

  4. Hello my dear. Wow, I have so much catching up to do. Read about 8 posts and loved each and every one. Your words always feel good wrapped around my body. I loved the butterfly post. Beautiful and all the others, equally touching. The words help because life is often complex and you know that. I'm trying desperately to find inner peace and calm. It's a difficult journey, but one worth the effort. Thanks for your help.
And thanks too for your always kind words on my blog.

    Much love,
    Me!
