I made this healthy, yummy dip tonight for dinner. My whole family loved it!
I served this dip with fresh veggies, but it would also taste great with whole grain pita wedges.
Ingredients;
1 10oz jar of roasted red peppers drained
1/4 of walnuts
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar.
Puree everything in a blender and serve.

Another added benefit is that this dip is loaded with vitamin C.
This is amazing! I grew up in a European household with stuffed Green baked Peppers. Vitamin C! :)
