Detox Kale Salad

Here's yet another great recipe I found on YouTube from "LiveStrong Woman". I can't wait to make this tonight!

This Kale salad is easy and quick to make.
Ingredients:
A bunch of Kale, washed and chopped. Stems removed.
Fresh squeezed lemon juice, from one or two lemons.
1 chopped red pepper
1 chopped green pepper
Chopped celery
Balsamic vinegar
Dijon mustard
Sea salt
Black pepper
Crushed red pepper flakes
Place washed Kale in a large salad dish. Add the lemon juice and massage the Kale with your hands for a few minutes, to soften it.
Add the chopped peppers and celery to the Kale.
Mix together well.
In a separate dish mix balsamic vinegar and dijon mustard together for the dressing.
Pour onto vegetables and sprinkle with salt, pepper and crushed red pepper flakes. Toss together and serve.
