    Hello Eva,
    Yes it is! Hatred is the worst thing for this planet.
    I still believe for the one person who hates, those with a good heart and loving intentions out number that one person who hates.
    I've actually seen this take place and their nothing in this world is more beautiful than seeing the true goodness and acts of loving kindness from others, especially strangers.

    I did hate somebody once... and it did eat me inside every day!
    It took me years of treatment... coucelling, doctors and meds... to be able to put the past behind me for good!
    And now... I fell as if such a heavy burden as been taken off me!
    So I truly simpathise with this verse!
    For those who feel the same way, as I once did...
    Please do try to find Peace... Within yourselves!
